Toward a Nuclear-Free World

In the last few years a new peace movement has emerged in the United States, almost unnoticed in Europe. On the 19th of January 2008 prominent former US-ministers like former Secretary of State George Shultz and Henry Kissinger published a letter in the Wallstreet Journal, a plea up to now more highly reputed US-politicians have joined. Now Politicians and nuclear scientists as well as a broad interfaith movement support the vision toward a world free of nuclear weapons.

The documentary reveals that twenty years after the end of the cold war the possibility for a nuclear catastrophy is even more probable as in those days. There is much to be done for President Barak Obama.
